Verdict screens and interviews candidates for you.
Give us a role. We read every CV, interview the people who fit, and send you a shortlist with a report on each one. You pick who to hire.
214 applications
A sample hire. The people are made up.
How it works
- Brief
Tell us about the role. Verdict asks a few questions, then writes the job ad. Nothing goes out without your OK.
- Find
Candidates come from your own hiring system, from CVs you send us, and from people we find.
- Screen
Every CV is read the same way. Each score comes with the reason.
- Interview
The best ones do a short video interview on their phone or laptop. Verdict asks follow-ups based on their answers.
- Shortlist
You get a ranked list and a one-page report on each person. Your team decides.
How we read a CV
We check what the CV claims. If something does not add up, the score says so.
Karim A.
- Team lead, 2022 to now
- Led a team of 9 people for two years.
- Cut the time to close each month from 6 days to 3.
- Course in leadership, listed as a degree.
- Specialist, 2018 to 2022
Strong on paper. The degree is a short course, so the interview tests how he leads.
The interview
Candidates answer on camera. If an answer is vague, Verdict asks about it.
Verdict: Tell me about an error you found that someone else made.
- Laila M.
The payment was due that afternoon. I told my manager, fixed the file, and told her after.
Follow-upVerdict: You told your manager first. Why not the person who made it?

She was on leave that day. I sent her a note the same evening.
